The apartment is fully self contained over two levels.  The comfortable dining and living area, and full kitchen are on on the ground level, together with a spacious balcony.  There is a TV and DVD player.  A drying and storage area is located inside the entrance foyer.

Upstairs comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed.  The second bedroom has two sets of bunks, sleeping 6 in total.  Both bedrooms have a small balcony with magnificent views of Crosscut and Mt. Cobbler.  The bathroom has a shower and hand basin with separate toilet.
